Brenda’s Pastries & Goods is a self-owned bakery located in Aurora, Illinois. The founder, Brenda Gonzalez, began to operate her business on September 2015. Since then, Brenda has been baking a variety of delicious and savory Mexican pastries: pastitas, gelatinas, and flan cakes, as well as other American infused pastry sweets. Her famous “pastitas” and all pastries are prepared with the highest quality ingredients, and for that she has gain a reputation of always preparing her pastries with love and passion. Brenda was born and raised in Guanajuato, Mexico. Her parents, Artemio y Adriana, thought her the importance of tradition and culture. Her parents have always supported her through her journey as a baker. Brenda’s passion for baking has brought her to where she is today. It all started with a simple homemade recipe. Not to mention a great man Markus Schram, owner of Manna Organic, who provided moral and economic support for Brenda's Pastries to have a different touch, organic and natural. It was in 2009 when she modified her famous cookie recipe, which turned out to be a great success.
